- It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. In the event of GearBlastUK being cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a full refund equal to the face value of the ticket will be given.
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the venue, promoter or producer. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
- We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless GearBlastUK is cancelled. To claim your refund in the event of a cancellation, please do so using the web form on the CONTACT us page. You must include you original booking reference, this will be sent to you when you have booked your tickets. We must receive this within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, promoter or producer. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue, promoter or producer to eject you from the venue.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, promoter or producer. The venue has the right to conduct security searches.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable interval, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. Latecomers not admitted are in no way entitled to a refund; always allow sufficient travelling time to the venue.
- It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
- Tickets are sold subject to the venue, promoter or producers right to alter or vary the bill due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except human dogs) are not permitted in the venue. The promoter or producer accept no responsibility for any personal property. Food and drink/alcohol policies vary so please contact the venue direct.
- Pass-outs and readmissions are at the sole discretion of the venue, promoter or producer.
- Smoking is not allowed within the premises though there will be a designated smoking area outside of the premises for smokers to use during their stay.
- Tickets will usually be sent by email and it is your responsibility to ensure they are printed correctly and in full. Colour printing is not necessary but your ticket is unique to you and you only, so keep it safe.
- All participants agree that they are attending GearBlastUK of their own free will, are over the age of consent and are of sound judgement. To clarify, as the venue sells alcohol, the minimum age to be allowed entry is 18. We will be running a buffer age check (ie if you look under the age of 21 you'll be asked for ID) so if you are close to this age please bring suitable ID with you to prove your date of birth as this will be checked on entry.
- Raffle tickets are issued to valid ticket holders for free at entry.
- Parking is at your own risk, segregated parking is not classed as secure parking.
- T-Shirts will be made available on the day of the event for you to collect if they have been pre-ordered, though there will be some available to purchase on the day through the venue.
- All Venue property and staff will be treated with respect, any guest found to be mistreating property, furniture or staff will be ejected from the premises and be held responsible for damages.
- Blackstore reserve the right to halt proceedings on their equipment if it is deemed to be damaging their property.
- No parties shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket.
- English Law governs all of these terms and conditions.
